You will also be given a fusion wallet card which contains your name and date of training as well as important technical information about fusion welding temperatures and times. \nSession 1: System Design\, Installation & Service\nThis session provides training specific to our Premium Q\, Premium G\, and Premium H products and covers:\n• geothermal system design\, installation and service procedures\n• system sizing\n• proper installation techniques\n• control board features\n• equipment protection and sensors\n• unit diagnostics\n• equipment specific troubleshooting \nSession 2: Geothermal Loop Design and Flushing\nInstructed by one of the most successful loop experts in North America\, this session covers the design and installation of high performance geothermal closed loop systems in residential applications including:\n• site surveys\n• soil types\n• header design\n• loop types\n• grouting vertical bores\n• building penetration\n• pressure drop\n• pump sizing\n• flushing and purging \nSession 3: Fusion Certification\nThis course covers the fundamentals of heat fusion welding and provides practical hands-on training using the appropriate tools. The course covers the basics of electro and butt fusion but pays special attention to socket fusion techniques using PE100 polyethylene pipe. If you pass the practical exam at the end of this course\, you will receive a Fusion Wallet Card\, a valuable reference to have with you while completing ground loop work.
